We meet together every week to create your goals and plan and revise when necessary, with near instant access to me for questions or concerns.
Step Three: I provide support and coaching guidance for three months, and offer check-ins for accountability in to see if you are meeting your goals.
Step Four: At the end of three months, we meet for a debriefing session that outlines what is going well, what to do to maintain your goals, and decide whether you want to continue with coaching to refine your plan and create a new flight map with a new set of goals.
